Job Title: Senior Program Manager (Automotive)

About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to support the planning, development, validation, and launch of automotive accessory programs. This is a 6-month contract assignment ideal for a project management professional who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and enjoys coordinating complex projects from concept through product launch.
In this role, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders, supplier partners, and OEM-facing teams to ensure projects remain on schedule, risks are identified early, and key deliverables are achieved on time. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and experienced in managing multiple projects simultaneously while driving accountability across teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the management of multiple automotive accessory programs and project portfolios simultaneously.
- Coordinate cross-functional project activities from planning, development, validation, launch, and lifecycle management through sell-down.
- Track project timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and critical path activities to ensure on-time delivery.
- Develop and maintain project dashboards, status reports, and executive-level summaries.
- Facilitate project review meetings and communicate progress, challenges, and action items to stakeholders.
- Identify project risks, bottlenecks, scheduling concerns, escalating issues when necessary.
- Partner with internal departments including engineering, quality, supply chain, inventory, marketing, and operations to align project objectives.
- Support continuous improvement of project management processes, tools, reporting, and governance practices.
- Monitor project performance using established metrics and reporting tools.
- Coordinate with OEM-facing teams and business partners to align expectations and launch objectives.
- Assist with KPI reporting related to revenue, profitability, fill rates, and product lifecycle performance.
- Contribute to special projects and other initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 4+ years of project or program management experience.
- Experience managing complex, cross-functional development projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Proven ability to track deliverables, manage risks, and drive projects to completion.
- Strong experience creating, improving, or standardizing project management processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
- Experience with project management platforms such as Monday.com or similar tools.
Preferred
- Automotive industry experience.
- Knowledge of product development, engineering, quality, inventory, supply chain, and marketing processes.
- PMP certification or progress toward certification.
- Familiarity with automotive accessory development programs.
- Korean language skills are a strong plus.
